Our story
Since the introduction of the NDIS, we have journeyed alongside participants, making the scheme easier to navigate. We understand that every person has individual and specific needs, and our experienced team works to identify those needs and support you for the best outcomes.
What sets us apart is our combination of professional expertise and lived experience. Our Support Coordinators have 15+ years in Social Work and Psychology, while our Recovery Coaches bring personal lived experience and understand the recovery journey first-hand. Likewise, our Aged Care workers provide personalised, quality care with a deep understanding of the sector.

Leadership
Social Vitality Solutions is led by Margaret Pyyvaara, our Founder and Executive Director. Margaret brings decades of experience in organisational leadership, including having guided one company from startup to top 100 status in the Business Index SA.
Margaret is a Doctor of Letters DLitt.(H.c), Global Goodwill Ambassador (Humanitarian Award), Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD), and maintains strategic relationships across government and industry that benefit our entire organisation. Her expertise in NDIS and Aged Care policy, organisational development, and change management ensures that Social Vitality Solutions stays ahead of industry changes while never losing sight of our core mission: empowering people to live their best lives.
